Migration Agents

If you are acting on behalf of a client and managing multiple applications you should register as a Migration Agent.

You will be able to submit all application categories Immigration SA offers.

South Australian Employer

If you are a South Australian Employer seeking to apply for advice through the Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS) you should register as a South Australian Employer. You will be able to apply to Immigration SA who is the Regional Certifying body (RCB) for South Australia.

This category is not for Migration Agents.

Skilled Migrants

If you are a Skilled Migrant seeking to directly apply for your own nomination under the Skilled Regional subclass 489 or 190 visa category, or would like to register your arrival and book in to attend the information session, you should register as a Skilled Migrant.

This category is not for Migration Agents.

Business Migrants

If you are a Business Migrant seeking to apply for your nomination under the Business Migration categories you should register as a business migrant

This category is not for Migration Agents.

Retiree

If you are seeking to renew your State Sponsored Investor Retirement - subclass 405, you should register as a Retiree and you will be able to manage your initial application and any subsequent renewal applications.

This category is not for Migration Agents.

Overseas Qualification Recognition

If you are seeking to have your overseas qualifications assessed to assist you looking for work in your profession or trade you should register as an Overseas Qualification Recognition user type. This category is not for skilled migrants who have been nominated by the South Australian Government. Skilled Migrants nominated by the South Australian Government should register as a skilled migrant.
